Hi I’m Chelsey!
I am Chelsey, founder, CEO, queen B, and wearer of all hats.
My vision for what is now becoming The Hive began a little over 3 years ago, on my 30th birthday. I remember waking up that morning thinking, “How in the heck did I even get here? Who am I and whose life am I living?”
Between motherhood, running a successful business, trying to balance ALL the things while working from home, I was struggling. And, while I love my children dearly, talking only to toddlers and a pre-teen all day was taking a toll.
Then Covid hit… And while being shut in our home for months, talking only to “outsiders” through zoom, I realized my girlfriends were all struggling too. We all needed desperately a SPACE with a built in COMMUNITY of like-minded women and it simply didn’t exist locally.
So, while we’ve been distanced I’ve been working extra hard to bring my vision to life and create a space for women right here in Fairport. A space to work without distraction, a space to create, collaborate, lean on one another and lift each other up. A space that provides co-working, rentals, workshops + events and so much more. Welcome to The Hive, make yourself feel at home!

Wherever you’re at in your business journey, we’ll meet you there. Our goal is for members to feel spoiled while they work, so we’ve created a space where all of our office dreams come true.
While The Hive is geared towards women, we are not a “women’s only” club. Our doors are wide open and we have room for you at our table, no matter how you identify.
